vegeterian lasagne

- Cooking Time: 45mins to 1 hour
- Servings: 4-6
- Preparation Time: 20-30mins
- 500g plain yoghurt
- 500g cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup zuchini
- 1/4 cup muushroom
- 2 400g cans of chopped tomato
- lasagne sheets
- 1/4 spinach
- any other veges you like!
DIRECTIONS
- 1-preheat oven to 180 degrees
- 2-fry veges in a pan with a bit of oil untill there nice and soft
- 3-mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with the yoghurt
- 4-in a large dish layer the veges, pastrey then yoghurt mix,repeat untill the dish is full
- 5-cook for 45min to 1 hour or untill the pastry it soft and browned
- 6-cut into 4-6 pecies and serve with a salad
