"Dr. Oz Would Be So Proud" Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole grain oats
- 2 cups water
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 Tb;s. Splenda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 rounded Tbls. ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or blueberries
DIRECTIONS
- Bring water and salt to a boil
- Reduce heat and add oats, cooking for 5-7 minutes and stirring occasionally
- Fold in remaining ingredients and serve hot
