"Mom Fruitcake"
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1 hour
- Servings: 25 servings
- Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- 2 c.candied cherries
- 1pkg.fruitcake mix
- 1pkg. golden rasins
- 4c. nutmeats(pecans)
- 1/2 c.flour
- MIX
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4c.brandy
- 1.t.salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the cake mixture until smooth.Then mix in the fruit part of it while you doing this it wil become stiff and if it is stiff enough that you may want a nother person on stand by. You bake in a 275* degree oven,or until it is done.
