My boyfriend and I love lean meats because of how much less fat it has, however, less fat also means more dry! I have discovered a way to keep the chicken breast juicy and moist (yes, I said the "M" word ;)). I have never been a fan of Brussels sprouts until I had some this past Thanksgiving. I thought there was going to be very bitter and not very tasty. However, after learning how to roast Brussels Sprouts an adding some other ingredients, I immediately became a Brussels sprouts addict!
