This cookbook contains my go-to recipes, which follow three core principles: simple to prepare, decently healthy, and of course delicious. When first entering the world of cooking, I found many tasty recipes that required too much time or complex ingredients that I would never find at a local grocery store. With the latest diet crazes, there are many recipes that satisfy the healthy requirement but sacrifice on taste. This cookbook is my collection of personal favorites that follow my values on food.
