Este un mic dejun hranitor si cu numeroase beneficii pentru sanatate. Dovleceii: sunt bogati în vitamina A, B9, fosfo, potasiu, magneziu, luteina. Majoritatea vitaminelor și mineralelor se gasesc în coaja, din această cauză, dovleceii nu se decojesc. Previn boli precum: bolile oculare, cancerul, scleroza, contipația, reumatismul. Rucola este un foarte bun antiinflamator, un afrodisiac renumit, detoxifica organismul, ajuta la mentinerea sanatatii osoase. Oul este o sursa buna de proteine, omega 3 cu catena lunga, vitamina B, A, minerale precum fierul, fosforul, zincul.

Este o reteta delicioasa de supa crema. Conține vitaminele A, C, E, KB6, B12 și minerale precum calciu, magneziu, fier, zinc, cupru, potasiu, mangan. Conopida are proprietăți extraordinare și este considerată o legumă magică datorită capacitații sala de a preveni bolile cardiace, cerebrale, cancer, are proprietăți antiinfamatoare. Studiile demonstrează că este o sursă naturală de antioxidanți și un detoxifiant foarte bun. Asemeni retetei de supa crema de conopida se poate face si supa crema de brocoli, doar ca in cazul acesteia nu se foloseste gogosarul

In prezent am foarte multe retete de dulciuri si am reusit sa ma obisnuiesc sa consum dulciuri sanantoase si care imi maresc gradul de energie in locul celor care imi produc inflamatie in organism si nu imi ofera nici un beneficiu

Hrisca este o cereala care nu contine gluten, in schimb contine antioxidanti, fier, zinc, potasiu, mangan, magneziu, vitamine B1, B2, B3, B5, C. Proteina din hrisca contine 8 aminoacizi esentiali. Hrisca este benefica pentru sistemul cardiovascular, tranzit si altele. Combinatia de hrisca cu scortisoara si cu miere, mie imi place deosebit de mult, ca sa nu mai vorbim despre proprietatile mierii si ale goji in aceasta combinatie.
