This is my version of steak pizzaiola, it's tasty, easy to make and is pretty enough for a dinner party.
Siena Style Pork Roast
We visited a farm in Chianti/Siena area, for lunch they served an Arista di Cinta Senese (white belted pig roast). Very simple and delicious, you can be proud to serve it to family or guests.
Polenta with Garfagnana Sauce
The Apuan Alps are a special place and the cuisine there is amazing. Formenton polenta come from an 8 row corn varietal that grows in this region. Regular polenta can be substituted.

Lardo is a speciality of Colonnata, in the marble hills of the Apuan Alps. It's basically cured lard. If you're in an area where it's not available you can substitute bacon.
