GOING GLUTEN FREE AND LOVING IT-AUGUST 2020

When my grandson, David, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at a very young age I immediately started cooking gluten free. Before long I started converting our family favorite recipes to gluten free versions and I began to realize that he would need to have these recipes, so I started writing a cookbook. When I started "Grandmas Gluten Free Goodies" my customers also began asking for the recipes. GOING GLUTEN FREE AND LOVING IT Cookbook series was born. I hope you enjoy this month's recipes.

Au Gratin Potatoes were always on our family holiday tables. When David was diagnosed with Celiac, there went a favorite dish.
