Cookbook Recipe
Spicy Orange Pork Medallions
Our family enjoys Asian inspired pork tenderloin, and this one is a keeper. The recipe is simple enough for busy weeknight meals, but elegant enough for company.

Cookbook Recipe
Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetales
Sheet pan dinners are the rage, and with good reason. This dinner is delicious and easy on the cook with only one pan to clean.

Cookbook Recipe
Mocha Truffle Bars
I treat our family to desserts on the weekends, so I am always looking for ways to please the family with the current treat. Mocha Truffle Bars are a pleaser.

Cookbook Recipe
Roasted Frozen Green Beans
I can't always get fresh green beans that look good. So I always keep frozen green beans on hand for those times. While we typically don't care for frozen green beans, our family loves this recipe.

Cookbook Recipe
German Apple Cake
Our family is quite fond of German food and this is a great dessert to go with a German meal.

Cookbook Recipe
Smoked Paprika Roasted Chicken Breast
An easy, tasty weeknight meal.

Cookbook Recipe
Black Forest Cake
Black Forest Cake is my daughter's favorite cake, she usually requests it for her birthday. In Germany, Black Forest Cake is made with dark cherries that are marinated in Kirsch, and is much less sweet. This cake is an Americanized version, but delicious nonetheless.

Cookbook Recipe
Roasted Winter Veggies
Direct heat through roasting or grilling veggies carmelizes them bringing out their natural sweetness. This cooking method is also healthier because their is minimal loss of vitamins. And they simply taste wonderful.

Cookbook Recipe
Butterscotch Pudding
Pudding is always a favorite with small children and older folks. It is an easy dessert to have ready in minutes, and usually with ingredients you already have on hand.

Cookbook Recipe
Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni and cheese is comfort food at it's best. Our family enjoys this on a cold Winter day and it's an easy dish to make!

Cookbook Recipe
Italian Meatballs
Our family likes Baked Penne with Italian Meatballs and Italian Meatball Subs. These meatballs are perfect!

Cookbook Recipe
Marinara Sauce
Homemade marinara is so much tastier, not to mention healthier, than the grocery store variety. And it's so easy to make!

Cookbook Recipe
Fresh Strawberry Sauce
This fresh strawberry sauce is so much better tasting than canned toppings in the grocery store. It maintains it's fresh strawberry flavor for topping sundaes, cakes, waffles, or cheesecakes.

Cookbook Recipe
Individual Cheesecakes
This is a great recipe to take to picnics and potlucks. A wonderful spring and summertime treat.

Cookbook Recipe
Italian Salad
This is the perfect salad to serve with Italian dishes.

Cookbook Recipe
CRUSTY FRENCH BREAD WITH GARLIC BUTTER
Crusty French bread is awesome with Italian food. I also use this recipe to make small French breads for Sub sandwiches.

Cookbook Recipe
Cream Pie
All of these cream pies are family favorites.

Cookbook Recipe
Cookie Crust
For cream pies, French silk pie, and Chess pie, our family prefers a cookie crust. This is really good.

Cookbook Recipe
Crispy Chicken Tenders
Our family loves crispy chicken tenders with BBQ, honey mustard, and ranch. Yummy!

Cookbook Recipe
Crispy Potato Wedges
These crispy potatoes are so easy and healthier than frying.

Cookbook Recipe
Roast Pork Tenderloin
A simple roast pork tenderloin with au jus is a delicious weeknight meal.

Cookbook Recipe
Roasted, Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes
Our family loves roasted potatoes, and this recipe is just a little different twist on an old favorite.

Cookbook Recipe
Garden fresh Green Beans
My family has always had a garden, until I moved to Tennessee. My grandparents and parents always allowed their green beans to grow until the beans filled out the pod. Consequently, those green beans had to be cooked much longer. I, on the other hand, always preferred my green beans to be picked when they were just formed, young and tender. These young tender green beans can be boiled briefly and seasoned simply with salt and pepper to be delicious. When picking your green beans from the garden, or from your produce store, keep the size in mind.

Cookbook Recipe
Triple Chocolate Brownies
We love these fudgy brownies.

Cookbook Recipe
Pot Roast and Vegetable or Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy is a family favorite. Technically, it is braised beef. Every ethnicity has a recipe for braised beef, the French call it Boeuf a la mode, the Germans call it Sauerbraten, the Greeks call it Kokkinisto, the Italians call it Brasato; whatever you call it, or however you season it, it is delicious.

Cookbook Recipe
Caramel Sauce
You'll never buy store bought caramel sauce again. When you make it yourself, you know it Gluten Free.

Cookbook Recipe
Caramel Ribbon Brownies
Chocolate and Caramel is a match made in heaven, so these brownies are heavenly.

Cookbook Recipe
Sauteed Chicken with baby spinach, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and parmesan
Our family loves baby spinach and heirloom cherry tomatoes, so any recipe containing those ingredients is going to be a hit. And so it is!

Cookbook Recipe
Butterscotch Bars
Our family doesn't eat dessert during the week, but enjoy a variety of desserts on weekends. When it's been a tiring, busy week these go together quickly and the family loves them.

Cookbook Recipe
Tiramisu Cake
While I enjoy classic Tiramisu, it starts with making GF ladyfingers. Frankly, this cake is much easier, and I still get the flavors.

Cookbook Recipe
Southwest Seasoning Mix
I prefer to make my own taco and fahita mixes so I know they are GF. It is also less expensive and better tasting.

Cookbook Recipe
Southwest Chicken Strips w Veggies
Our family lived in Oklahoma for many years and developed an enjoyment of Southwest crusine. This easy Chicken meal is a summertime favorite.

Cookbook Recipe
Fresh Salsa
Where we lived in Oklahoma no one ever purchased jarred salsa. Nearly everyone made their own salsa or only purchased fresh salsa. Fresh is easy to make and tastes oh so good!

Cookbook Recipe
Southwest Chopped Salad
This salad is so good with Southwest and Mexican dishes. It is also good topped with grilled chicken for a main dish.

Cookbook Recipe
Caramel Custard
We love Caramel custard. Perfect dessert (Flan) with Mexican food.

Cookbook Recipe
Jagerschnitzel
When I lvied in Cincinnati, my next door neighbors were from Munich, Germany and we became good friends. Since there is a huge German influence in Cincinnati they have a marvelous Oktoberfest celebration where I tried Jagerschnitzel. My German friends gave me the recipe and I have been making it and other German specialties ever since, GF of course.

Cookbook Recipe
Sauteed Cabbage
I grew up detesting cabbage because my parents always boiled it. Back in the 1970's I had a large garden. I had planted broccoli in the early Spring and I was waiting for stalks of broccoli to emerge. My parents came to visit and I was showing my Dad my broccoli, he said "I don't see any broccoli but I see some very fine cabbages". My broccoli turned out to be cabbage. I found this recipe for sautéed cabbage, turns out I love cabbage.

Cookbook Recipe
Crunchy Coleslaw with Poppy Seed Dressing
This recipe is a delicious variation of traditional creamy coleslaw. Fancy enough to serve guests.
