Simple grilled potatoes
Potatoes simply seasoned and grilled are really tasty. A perfect side dish to go with grilled meat.Grilled Italian Sausage
I prefer to buy my Italian sausage at a local Italian grocers, such as CoCo's in Nashville. If I can't get to Nashville, then I prefer Johnsville brand.Summer Pasta
This recipe came about after a trip to the Amish farms in Southern Kentucky filled my larder with wonderful fresh veggies. Our family loves pasta, and this light, veggie filled recipe is a delightful summertime dish.Red White and Blue Cheesecakes
I serve these nearly every 4th of July at our celebration. Everyone absolutely loves them, they are easy to make, and add the celebration.Decadent Chocolate Cake
My mother was a chocoloholic. Nothing could have too much chocolate for her tastes, and she loved this cake. I suspect some of my customers are chocoloholics too.Hot Fudge Sauce
Fudge sauce is so addicting and so easy to make with simple pantry staples, why would you ever buy store bought sauce full of chemicals?Spinach Salad
The flavors of fresh spinach with bacon, blue cheese, pears, and walnuts are so good. A real crowd pleaser. ________________________________________Chicken Breast with Onion, Mushrooms, and Garlic with Balsamic reduction
Our family often serves chicken for dinner. This delicious recipe is quick and easy for a weeknight dinner on busy school nights.Loaded Mashed Potatoes
This is a wonderful recipe that can be prepared ahead and put in a crockpot until serving. Great for holidays and potlucks.Southwest Chipotle Grilled Steak Strips
The men in our family love steak. This is a relatively inexpensive beef steak dish that really satisfies. We love it.Southwest Chopped Salad
This salad is so good with Southwest and Mexican dishes. It is also good topped with grilled chicken for a main dish.Blueberry Lemon Cake
My daughter loves blueberries, but does not care for fruit pies. This wonderful blueberry lemon cake is the perfect summer time dessert.White Chocolate Mousse
White chocolate mousse is so elegant served with fresh ripe strawberries. Easy to make, but a wonderful end to a special meal.TUSCAN GRILLED CHICKEN SKEWERS
A wonderful summer recipe. The vibrantly flavored, crisp sage leaves are delicious eaten with the chicken.ASPARAGUS RISOTTO
Asparagus is my favorite veggie. When I have leftover asparagus this recipe is so good to make the asparagus into another delicious side dish. Or after a visit to the farmers market when I have purchased too much, this recipe is a keeper for using up an abundance of asparagus.BREADED PORK TENDERLOIN
My parents moved from Chillicothe Missouri to Bloomington Illinois when I was a baby. We often made trips back to their home in Missouri to visit family and we always crossed the Mississippi river at Hannibal. In the 1960's there was a restuarant on the Missouri side of the river that specialized in Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches and we always stopped there for dinner. These pork sandwiches are just like those, except of course they are GF.GGFG HAMBURGER BUNS
I used to purchase hamburger buns for my grandson, David at the grocery. The buns were a bit hard and rather thick. So one day I tried making buns using GGFG bread recipe. It worked great.KANSAS CITY SMOKEHOUSE BEANS
A wonderful recipe to serve with sandwiches and BBQ. If you enjoy pork n beans, you’ll really love Smokehouse beans.BERMUDA SALAD BOWL
I love blue cheese. So when I saw this recipe I had to try it. It is now a favorite.STRAWBERRY PRETZEL PIE
Our family loves all the berries of summertime. But strawberries are the easiest and most economical to find at farmers markets and produce stores. This pie is good if you enjoy the flavors of salty and sweet. Personally, I think next time I make it I will use a cookie crust. I love that it is a no cook treat.KEY LIME BARS
Lemon bars have long been a favorite, and so have key lime pie. So why did it take so long to make Key Lime bars? Who knows, but we love them.HULI HULI GRILLED CHICKEN
We enjoy chicken and serve it 2 or 3 times a week. During hot weather we prefer to use our outdoor kitchen, Huli Huli chicken is a bit different than just grilled or BBQ chicken and is really tasty.GINGER SESAME NOODLES
Our family enjoys many Asian main dishes. Sometimes we need an Asian dish besides rice, this Ginger Sesame Noodle dish fills the bill perfectly.FRENCH ONION SALISBURY STEAK
We enjoy Salisbury steak with mushroom brown gravy in the cooler months. This recipe is adapted for the warmer months of the year when we still enjoy Salisbury steak, but want to keep the heat outside.GARLIC MASHED POTATOES
Sometimes we want mashed potatoes but we are not serving gravy. Garlic mashed potatoes are wonderful for those times.CRUNCHY COLESLAW WITH POPPY SEED DRESSING
This recipe is a delicious variation of traditional creamy coleslaw. Fancy enough to serve guests.PINA COLADA CAKE
Pina Colada, a famous drink of rum, coconut, and pineapple also makes a delicious cake.FRESH DAIRY FREE STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
Fresh strawberries in season are so good. We cannot resist purchasing them every time we see them. This mousse is really good, and dairy free. .Thank you for your interest in Jeanne&Michelle's cookbook and for helping support the BakeSpace community of independent cookbook authors!
