No Grill BBQ RibsWhen it comes to cooking, I love to take the easy way out. This barbecue ribs recipe is especially for those of us who don’t have a clue about grilling, or simply don’t have a grill at our disposal. P.S. These ribs barely made it to Sunday dinner, thanks to my hubby and kids :)
Chicken SaladSo, here’s how it went down: I slaved over a hot oven for hours roasting a juicy chicken, only to notice that my family wasn’t beating a path to the kitchen to get to it. Well, alright then!!! Well, I learned that day if life hands you a chicken, then make chicken salad :)
Thumb Print CookiesHere's a simple recipe to help satisfy those little cookie monsters in your life!! Thumb Print Cookies in five easy steps:
Crock Pot Gumbo ShrimpHere’s a nice little recipe I found for Crockpot Shrimp Gumbo that I would like to share with you. My kitchen is dreadfully hot this time of the year, so any crockpot recipe is a welcome change. Let me know how yours came out :)
Double Fudge BrowniesMy daughter has been after me for quite some time to make brownies. I must warn you that this recipe yields a large serving compared to my other recipes because they will be gone in a flash.
Cream PuffsOne thing I’ve learned in my quest to try as many recipes as humanly possible is that many of them are not as intimidating as they appear. Cream puffs, for example, seemed so complicated to prepare, but nothing could be further from the truth. I urge you to have a go at it; this cooking thing is so much fun!!
Veggie RiceEven if you’re not crazy over vegetables, this is a great way to get a serving or two in your system. As always, remember to adjust the quantities to accommodate the size of your family.
Baked Pork Chops with Apricot PreservesJust in time for Sunday lunch or dinner; this recipe of pork chops topped with apricot preserves is so easy and delicious. All it takes is two main ingredients and some seasonings, what could be easier?
Turkey MeatloafThis turkey meatloaf will not take much of your time at all. I chose ground turkey because it has far less fat than ground beef. It came out quite moist and delicious. Remember to keep it simple and your kids will love it; mine sure did.
Simple Vanilla CakeIf you’re looking for a quick, easy, yet scrumptious cake, then you would love this vanilla cake recipe.
Quickie Apple DanishThis apple danish is by far the simplest dessert I’ve ever made. It is a quick fix for a sweet tooth and best of all it requires only 3 – 4 ingredients that's probably sitting in your cupboard or pantry. The end result – deliciousness!!
Spaghetti and Ham Alfredo for KidsHere’s a quick, but wholesome meal your kids are sure to love…well, at least mine did. This entire process took me about half an hour; well, it would have, had I been able to pull away from that chick flick that over-powered me, lol!!
Broccoli FrittataI was just dying to try my hand at one of these: introducing my broccoli frittata with a bit of ham and lots of cheese, of course. This was super easy! So easy; in fact, your kids could make this. As for the taste - not bad, not bad at all.

Here’s some quick information regarding how our cookbook platform works, along with a few tips for making the most of cookbooks you add to your library.
What is the Cookbook Café Platform?Cookbook Café is our one-of-a-kind cookbook publisher, marketplace and reader. It empowers everyone to create, market and distribute a cookbook as both a web-based eBook and an iPad app. It also makes it incredibly easy for home cooks to discover and use amazing grassroots cookbooks they won't find anywhere else. Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.
How do I "download" a cookbook? You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.
When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.
While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.
Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe. In addition, you can connect directly with each cookbook author, leave comments/reviews and even ask questions about recipe substitutions, history, etc.
