Very versatile! Lobster stock can be found at Horrocks – or, you can use vegetable or chicken stock. Instead of cream of potato soup, you could use cream of shrimp – if you can find it. You could make this clam chowder (by using just clams) or you could add calamari – just keep the weight of total fish at 2-2 ½ pounds. You could use a crock pot (simmer for 2 hours) or an Instantpot – simmer for less time – instead of the pot on the stove.

If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.
