Slow Cooker Beef Ribs
In this recipe for slow cooker short ribs, the braising liquid is simple, but flavorful. The basis is a combination of sautéed onion and garlic. Beef broth and worcestershire sauce is added. The real kicker in this recipe is one fresh sprig of rosemary. It may seem simple, but the long cooking time will infuse the rosemary flavor throughout the liquid and the meat. Christmas Breakfast Casserole
Every year we have Christmas brunch at our house. Grandparents, cousins, friends all come over after opening presents at their houses. There has to be enough food for a lot of people and much better when it can be prepared in advance. We love breakfast casseroles as they are easy to pop in the oven with all the madness going on. Instant Pot Butter Chicken
My mom is the best cook I know (no bias), and for a long time, I refused to eat at Indian restaurants because it just didn't compare to her cooking. She recently moved far away and I've been trying to adopt her recipes to my millennial needs-to-be-fast-and-convenient standard. This recipe is by far the best one, even approved by my mother.
