I love this recipe because it is simple and free of added preservatives. Why don't you need to add pectin? Because it occurs naturally when the sugars and acid are cooked together. Raspberries also contain a higher pectin content than some other fruits. You can also adjust the sugar to your liking and/or dietary needs if you'd like!
