Easy & Fast Healthy Coconut-Lime Bars
Moist Spicy Pumpkin Muffins
The "moist" comes from the apple sauce, the "spicy" from the cinnamon, and the "pumpkin" from no other than the bring orange pumpkin. As always, all VEGAN.Brazil Nut Coconut Energy Balls
Nutrition packed, tasty energy bites that are easy to take anywhere as a snack. Brazil nut's high selenium makes your hair and nails stronger and shine brightly. What more? Selenium supports the thyroid gland and therefore the immune system also.Overnight Coffee Chocolate Oats
Skipping breakfast because you just don't have enough time?? No more excuses. Breakfast is an extremely part in proper fuelling for weight management and sustainable energy levels. This recipe makes breakfast SO much easier because you prepare it the night before. Best of all? It takes less than 5 minutes to make (and it has chocolate)!Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Avocado? Pudding? Seem like antonyms eh. I promise you, you will be blown away by this recipe and will not have a clue that avocados make up the base of this delicious treat (and I bet your kids won't know either...just hide the avocado peels). Best of all...you can whip up this in literally 5 minutes or less. So if you forgot the in-laws were coming over for dinner and you need to find a way to really leave a standing impression at the end of the night, this is your go-to recipe!Super Food Oatmeal Breakfast
Sometimes you just want something warm in the morning, packed with nutrition, showcasing a variety of different textures, and that taste awesome. This recipe has made breakfast my favourite meal of the day. As soon as I finish my bowl of this in the morning, I am already counting down when I get to have it again the next morning. Whether you are an athlete that needs proper fuelling, someone trying to lose weight and need to feel satisfied till lunch (or even later), or just want something more than toast and jam in the morning....this recipe is for you! (This recipe looks like it has a lot of ingredients...and it does. BUT some of the spices or small add-ins can be left out and it will still taste phenomenal).Hearty Quinoa & Sweet Potato Chilli
If you're ever feeling sick or need something a bowl of something cozy to warm up to, put the chicken noodle soup on the back burner and bring out the big pot. This hearty, healthy, and warming chilli is the best thing to munch on during a cold day without worrying of the after math of eating a heavy bean based chilli. The quinoa brings a great protein punch while the sweet potato deliver a good dose of vitamin K (keep the nails and hair happy). All you need is one pot to make this and less than an hour of your time! That's it.Bean-Free Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Hummus
I love everything pumpkin. Pumpkin muffins, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin soup, pumpkin...pumpkin...pumpkin! This by far though tops my "Best of Pumpkin" list. Regular hummus never sat well with me, I just don't have a good relationship with garbanzo beans BUT I absolutely love hummus. So this recipe fixed the dilemma. Serve this creamy hummus with veggies, chips, or even use it as a spread in your wraps!!Eazy Peezy Razz Jam
Jam is mind-blowing expensive these days! Especially once you add the word "natural", "no added sugar", or "contains (the newest superfood)". This recipe makes making your own jam INCREDIBLY easy. Like 5 minutes or less easy!!! (It will probably takes longer to read this recipe than to actually make it).Quinoa Kale Sweet Potato Power Salad
This recipes packs some great super foods all into one bowl. Unlike the chilli recipe in this book, this allows you to have your quinoa and sweet potato but cooled. Some days, especially a hot summer day, you want something refreshing but still has some good substance to it. This salad will leave you feeling satisfied and energized after your meal. Although the directions may look a little on the longer side, do not fray. There is no mandolins, mincing, or squeezing needed!Cinnamon Maple Syrup Almond Butter
Now that you have a recipe for jam (Eazy Peezy Razz Jam), you need something to go along with it to make the best sandwiches. Keeping away from the PB&J, it's time to experiment with a different kind of nut butter...almond! This maple cinnamon almond butter is just as easy to make as the jam and again, this will help keep you from emptying out your wallet at the grocery store (a jar of almond butter can be upwards of $14 these days!). To boot, this has the added sweetness of maple syrup and spice punch of cinnamon!Moist Vegan Carrot Cake Bars
Carrot cake is amazing but let's be honest, sometimes (most of the times) it is not that healthy and rather fairly unhealthy. This recipe will make you a believer you don't need carrot cake slathered in cream cheese or packed with sugar to make it irresistible! These bars are spicy, soft, and still sweet treat even though there is no added sugar. They will come out a little less "cake-like" since there is not a ton of flour added into this recipe. If you would like it more cake-like add some extra flour but if you don't mind chewy & moist bars, follow as is!Vanilla Chia Power Pudding
Easy, fast, healthy, and puts any kind of tapioca pudding to shame. A pudding that gives you a high amount of protein, fibre, and healthy fats? Guarantee you Heinz pudding cups can't do that for you. Treat your tastes buds and body with this recipe. If you've never given chia seeds a chance, this is the recipe to give them a shot! This also makes a great breakfast :)Creamy Garlic Rosted Tomato Soup
Chicken noodle soup aside....this garlic infused tomato soup makes you never want to pick up a can Campbell's soup again. It's creamy while still being vegan and has multiple herbs and spices to really draw out the flavour of the tomatoes. If you need a light dinner, need a lunch to warm you up, or need help recovering from a flu.....treat yourself to this soup!Vegan Pumpkin Oat Pancakes (Flourless)
These healthy pancakes are SUPER easy! All ingredients are thrown in a blender and blended up for 5 minutes, fry, then WALA you have a perfect breakfast that is egg, milk, butter, oil, and refined sugar free!Easy Crunchy Detox Salad with Avocado Citrus Dressing
You don't need a box to detox. Actually, sometime it's even better to not go down the supplement route and do gentle detoxes via food. This chopped detox salad is the easiest way to give your body a hit of nutrients and minerals so you're feeling like SuperWOMAN (or Superman) after having a delicious bowl of this crunchy salad!Apple Walnut Lentil Loaf with a Balsamic Glaze
If you don't like meat loaf, you'll love this loaf. If you do like meat loaf.....you'll still love this loaf! This is a hearty loaf that has a good hint of sweetness to it. There is a diversity of textures that are built into this meal. The sweet balsamic glaze on top is the perfect finish and will have meat eaters, kids, and vegans loving this loaf!Coconut Almond Oat Natural Energy Bars
If you ever read the ingredients on the back of your granola or energy bar from the store, you may either be shocked at the ingredients or be thrown into a tongue twister trying to pronounce the 25-letter names of them all. Hence, why making your own at home are not only more wholesome ingredients you can actually pronounce but in the end is a huge money saver too! These Coconut Almond Oat Natural Energy Bars have the perfect balance of fats, sweetness, and texture diversity.Oatmeal Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Completely flourless, butterless, and eggless. These chewy, soft oatmeal cookies will be a hit at any party for all ages. They are fast to whip up and have a quick cooking time so a great option for anything last minute. These can be made gluten free if you ensure your oats and baking powder are gluten free :)Powerful Citrus Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
The turmeric is the powerhouse in this drink; giving it natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, brain boosting and heart healthy properties. Don't worry, the orange juice and other citrus fruits in this smoothie cover up the taste. The ginger is an added touch that has many benefits with one of the most renowned to be a stomach soother.Decadent Gluten Free Black Bean Vegan Brownies
Do NOT blow over this recipe just because of the "black beans". You won't taste them and neither will your kids! These are delicious and arguably the most healthy brownies you can find. The black beans make these treats high protein and high in iron. Seriously give these a shot, you will be surprised!Crumbly Vegan Date Squares (No Bake!)
Gluten free, vegan, no bake and naturally sweetened with dates! These are better than any traditional recipe of date squares.Crunchy Honey Nutty Granola
I love a bowl of granola as a mid-day or night-time snack. Unfortunately, the ones in the grocery stores often have more unhealthy ingredients in them than healthy. SO, I went out experimenting and this masterpiece came out. Healthy, crunchy, filling, and a perfect balance between sweet & spice (cinnamon).Healthy Vegan Banana Bread
Oil-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free. I know what your thinking, okay...so must be "flavour-free" also eh? Nope. These overly easy banana bread brings you a healthy loaf (or muffins) will taste so good compared to any unhealthy banana bread, that it will drive you "bananas"!!!!Good-For-You Black Lentil Rice Bowl
A satisfying bowl of this mix will keep the hunger pains away! The mixture of herbs and spices bring a rich flavour to this rice & lentil combo. Have it as your main meal or make it into a side salad. The ingredients provide a well rounded nutrient packed bowl of grub!Easy & Fast Healthy Coconut-Lime Bars

Surprisingly VEGAN
5.99
"Vegan" has grown a good and a bad rap over the past few years. Good health benefits but bad when it comes to taste (is it really worth it when your "burger" taste like grass?). After diving into veganism, I was on a fast-paced mission to find ways that you can still be a healthy vegan (yes, you can actually still be unhealthy as a vegan; "Lays Chips anyone?") while having my tastebuds still burst. The result? Vegan foods that I could feed to meat-loving relatives or veggie-despising kids and they didn't have a clue that there was no animal products in the dish. Better yet, it tasted better than the inflammation driving variation they were eating and was much easier to make! Food has become a passion of mine. Whether it is to keep me healthy and fit in my ultra-marathon running career or to keep diseases at bay, I fully believe "Food is Thy Medicine". So, without further a due, let me share my favourite superfood, surprisingly vegan foods with you!
