S'mores latte
I've had a life-long love affair with s'mores -- I love the way they taste and joy I feel as the thought of conjures wonderful memories of warm summer nights with friends and family. This recipe brings give me that same wonderful taste and warm feeling, joyful feeling. This latte is also delicious iced!
Blueberry coffee cake latte
Coffee cake has always been one of my favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner, and midnight snack treats ;). I love the crumbly brown sugar atop a moist, delicate cake. While I would love to eat coffee cake all day long, I realized I needed a liquid alternative and... voila!
French Toast Coffee
French Toast coffee was inspired by the childhood 'coffee' my grandmother used to make me when I wanted to feel on par with the adults at breakfast. (She added everything except coffee to my cup -- although occasionally I talked her into adding one tablespoon!) As I aged, I continued to make my own caffeinated version of this wonderful treat. Hope you enjoy it!
Grasshopper Pie Latte
Grasshopper Pie is a Mills family summertime favorite! The real pie has a sweet, rich marshmallow-based ice cream made from whipped cream, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao. This lovely mix is then left to freeze in a crisp chocolate wafer crust. To say this pie is scrumptious is an understatement — it’s magnificent! In our Grasshopper Pie Latte recipe, we’ve tried to replicate this creamy, flavorful treat in a latte that is equally delicious hot or cold. Enjoy!

Jelly coffee
Coffee jelly (a.k.a. gelée or jello) — that chilled, sweet coffee topped with whipped cream — is a Mills family favorite. This year we’ve taken our recipe to the next level. Jelly coffee, similar to bubble tea, has chunks of delicious jello at the bottom of a creamy cup of iced coffee. There are two variations of our jelly coffee. The first involves just adding coffee and milk, creating a bubble tea-like texture. The second involves chopping the jelly with a food processor until it takes on the consistency of a milkshake. Both variations are delicious!
Chocolate mint iced coffee
This is a quite simple and lovely minty treat for those hot summer days!

This is a wonderful cocktail equivalent of chocolate milk. The chocolate and banana tones in the coffee really come through when paired with the creamy alcohol.

You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.
