Cilantro-Lime Grapefruit Juice
I love this recipe because it is one of the only juices that you can make without a juicer. Add a drop or two of stevia if you like things on the sweet side. Just squeeze the grapefruits by hand, and incorporate your own love and energy into that glass!Raw Pumpkinseed Milk
I like to use this with everything and anything. Delicious on top of quinoa, with any breakfast cereal, or just to drink straight. Use as you would use any regular milk! Omit the stevia if using this recipe for something savory such as a soup. *This milk will stay fresh in the fridge for two to three days.Rainbow Guacamole
This guac is a TOTAL hit every single time that I make it. A family favorite, and a party pleaser, this one will have your foodie taste testers in flavor heaven. Added pineapple makes this baby sweet and savory.Pearly Green Smoothie
Option: add chia or hemp seeds for an added protein boost! I topped this smoothie with coconut butter- made it nice and rich!Chocolate Chia Protein-Pudding
Enjoy with a sprinkle of bee pollen on top, cacao nibs, goji berries, granola, fruit, almond butter, or anything else your heart desires.Protein Cookie Milkshake
TOO delicious...I couldn't even save some for my mom when to try when I made it! With this recipe, the frozen banana does the trick for me, and I don’t add in any extra ice. If you like your smoothies very cold, I’d suggest a couple cubes in there.Maca-fied Almond Butter
Maca is an amazing herb that adapts to the body. Need more of one hormone? It'll give you that. Need less of another? It'll do that too. I use this just as I would use any almond or peanut butter. Delicious with an apple or a banana, mixed in with cereal or yogurt, or used in any dessert recipe. Seriously delicious.Carrot Ginger Dressing
I use this dressing on my Cucumber Seaweed Salad (in book), but it goes well with just about anything. Delicious with a vegetable and brown rice bowl as well!Simple Lemon-Tahini Dressing
I use this dressing every time I make a “fast and easy” salad. It’s so quick, and so delicious. Can also be enjoyed on top of any cooked veggie, quinoa, or omit the water for a thicker dip.Raw “Vodka Sauce”
This sauce is my favorite on top of gluten free spaghetti, raw zucchini noodles, or just as a dip mixed with avocado. In the picture above, I mixed the sauce with garbanzo beans, avocado, chopped fresh lettuce, and placed it in radicchio leaves. This recipe makes quite a bit, so expect to share!Superfood Everything Salad
This salad is just an example of a usual day in my lunch kitchen. You can really throw in any vegetable, cooked or raw, that you have on hand. Anything goes. It’s the superfood everything salad ;-) Also delicious with the Tahini-Lemon Dressing.Thank you for your interest in cgross24's cookbook and for helping support the BakeSpace community of independent cookbook authors!
