Cilantro-Lime Grapefruit JuiceI love this recipe because it is one of the only juices that you can make without a juicer. Add a drop or two of stevia if you like things on the sweet side. Just squeeze the grapefruits by hand, and incorporate your own love and energy into that glass!
Raw Pumpkinseed MilkI like to use this with everything and anything. Delicious on top of quinoa, with any breakfast cereal, or just to drink straight. Use as you would use any regular milk! Omit the stevia if using this recipe for something savory such as a soup. *This milk will stay fresh in the fridge for two to three days.
Rainbow GuacamoleThis guac is a TOTAL hit every single time that I make it. A family favorite, and a party pleaser, this one will have your foodie taste testers in flavor heaven. Added pineapple makes this baby sweet and savory.
Pearly Green SmoothieOption: add chia or hemp seeds for an added protein boost! I topped this smoothie with coconut butter- made it nice and rich!
Chocolate Chia Protein-PuddingEnjoy with a sprinkle of bee pollen on top, cacao nibs, goji berries, granola, fruit, almond butter, or anything else your heart desires.
Protein Cookie MilkshakeTOO delicious...I couldn't even save some for my mom when to try when I made it! With this recipe, the frozen banana does the trick for me, and I don’t add in any extra ice. If you like your smoothies very cold, I’d suggest a couple cubes in there.
Maca-fied Almond ButterMaca is an amazing herb that adapts to the body. Need more of one hormone? It'll give you that. Need less of another? It'll do that too. I use this just as I would use any almond or peanut butter. Delicious with an apple or a banana, mixed in with cereal or yogurt, or used in any dessert recipe. Seriously delicious.
Carrot Ginger DressingI use this dressing on my Cucumber Seaweed Salad (in book), but it goes well with just about anything. Delicious with a vegetable and brown rice bowl as well!
Simple Lemon-Tahini DressingI use this dressing every time I make a “fast and easy” salad. It’s so quick, and so delicious. Can also be enjoyed on top of any cooked veggie, quinoa, or omit the water for a thicker dip.
Raw “Vodka Sauce”This sauce is my favorite on top of gluten free spaghetti, raw zucchini noodles, or just as a dip mixed with avocado. In the picture above, I mixed the sauce with garbanzo beans, avocado, chopped fresh lettuce, and placed it in radicchio leaves. This recipe makes quite a bit, so expect to share!
Superfood Everything SaladThis salad is just an example of a usual day in my lunch kitchen. You can really throw in any vegetable, cooked or raw, that you have on hand. Anything goes. It’s the superfood everything salad ;-) Also delicious with the Tahini-Lemon Dressing.

Here’s some quick information regarding how our cookbook platform works, along with a few tips for making the most of cookbooks you add to your library.
What is the Cookbook Café Platform?Cookbook Café is our one-of-a-kind cookbook publisher, marketplace and reader. It empowers everyone to create, market and distribute a cookbook as both a web-based eBook and an iPad app. It also makes it incredibly easy for home cooks to discover and use amazing grassroots cookbooks they won't find anywhere else. Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.
How do I "download" a cookbook? You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.
When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.
While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.
Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe.
