Jewish Potato Knish RecipeEating these kinishes reminds me of being back home in Brooklyn New York. We wold go to a kosher deli and sit and eat it there with a hot dog. Sometimes we found them sold on the beach in Coney Island in the 50's and 60's.

ITALIAN WEDDING SOUPA heardy meal in one dish. My mom would make this every New Year's day using the bone from the Thanksgiving turkey and instead of celery she used cardone. Cardone is part of the artichoke family. It is a delicy used in Italian and French cooking. Although it looks like large celery it can't be eaten raw.
Sabrina's Stuffed Chops (or Chicken Breasts)Versatile dish because you can use porkchops or chicken.
Coney Sauce for HotdogsIf your tired of putting the typical condiments on your Hotdogs, look no further. A definite must try recipe.
Susan's Spaghetti Casserole*I have never followed this recipe exactly. I usually cook one half to three quarters of a box of spaghetti and I use a generous amount of hamburger...maybe 1 1/2 lbs. or so...and I always buy an extra can of soup and sauce so that I can make it "as wet" as I want . I also use A LOT of cheese...most of a 2 lb. bag. My family loves this recipe but you may have to play around with it to get it like you want it. It is a quick and easy meal.
Timbo's GumboYou can take and freeze leftovers in gallon freezer bags to pull out at a later time for a quick meal.
Timbo's Smoked Macaroni and Cheese RecipeThere's a lot of work in making this recipe but the end result is so worth it.
Vermouth & sodaUse red, white or rosé vermouth to make this cocktail. It's ideal for a party. Garnish with green olives and a lemon slice.
Ramona's Banana Pudding With Caramel SauceDelicious banana pudding with caramel sauce and whipped cream.
Ramona's Mexican Chip DipImagine making a homemade Mexican dip with minimal ingredients, yet very flavorful.
Sam's Harvest Pizza RecipeHealthy homemade sauce/pizza. Side note- I like to make extra sauce to use for the week. You can use it as a pasta sauce and add a little heavy cream when cooking.
CHICKEN PARMESANIf you love pizza you will love this dish. Same topping. Can also use veal cutles which is my favorite.
Marion's Loaded Potato and Buffalo Chicken CasseroleA recipe that is full of flavor with a little kick.
