My focus is on nutrition and so I love creating healthy recipes for myself and my family, including my daughter and daughter in law who are gluten and dairy free. I consider it a challenge to take a recipe and tweak it to make it healthier. I believe nutrition is the foundation from conception until we take our last breath.
