Rachel's Edington is the Gluten Free Mama. Rachel started writing recipes and creating gluten free products after her daughter Lexie was diagnosed as a celiac at age 18 months. Rachel is also eating gluten free to help with chronic pain associated with MS. Rachel started Gluten Free Mama in 2006, creating all purpose Gluten Free Flours and Baking Mixes that make gluten free living tastier and easier. Mama's website is full of tips and resources to help you have success baking gluten free. Rachel is a proud mom to 6 children, three girls of her own and three step children. She also has three dogs, a St Bernard and two Toy Aussies. She lives in the beautiful Mission Valley in western Montana. Rachel enjoys hiking, baking, traveling, play games and shopping.
