Over the past 12 years I have developed Gluten Free baking mixes that most closely resemble the flavor and texture of wheat for making gluten free bread and baked goods for my Grandson, David. Using these mixes, and other tricks has allowed me to convert our family favorite recipes to gluten free. Everyone in our home enjoys eating gluten free, although David is the only one in the household who has celiac disease. You, too can enjoy GOING GLUTEN FREE AND LOVING IT!
