I'm 37 originally from Los Angeles, currently in Tucson Arizona. My mom is from Morocco so I've learned how to cook with Mediterranean and French influences. I really love dishes that are made from scratch, and have depth to them. I'd like to learn how to cook with peppers like the Poblano, and maybe authentic Mexican dishes like Green Chili Pork and Moles. I will be posting as many of my mothers recipes as I can dig up. Her culinary expertise is amazing, so I try to absorb every detail I can. ~Lara
