I'm a 23 year old aspiring cake artist and baker. I've been working on owning my own bakery since I was 17. Everyday I see my dream and strive for perfection. I want to learn EVERYTHING I possibly can. I'm currently enrolled in the French Pastry Institute of Chicago pending in January of 2012.
