We are Shannon and Luiz- food enthusiasts and part-time bloggers. Weight has always been an issue and after trying every type of diet from the "Apple Cider Vinegar Diet" to the "Lemon Detox Diet" then to weight loss pills and even putting in the hard yards through F-45 or a Bootcamp, a long term and sustainable healthy body appeared unattainable - until we met Keto! Keto is a a fantastic lifestyle choice, allowing you to eat foods rich in fat (primarily good fat), protein and little to no carbs or sugar. This is how we discovered our joy for cooking delicious, juicy meals - we aren't trained chefs, we simply enjoy making sinful meals that can actually assist in weight loss and health! As we make our recipes we post them, we take inspiration for our recipes from cookbooks (including family cookbooks) however every recipe we post is always unique and has either been made keto friendly or altered in a naughty and nice way, we hope to share these amazing recipes with other food lovers, just like us
