I am married to my wonderful husband who is my best friend, and we adopted our son from birth 15 months ago. I transitioned from a full time corporate career woman, to a stay at home mom.
I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management in upstate New York for 2 years right out of high school (1988), and finished my BS in Communication at the Univ. of WY. I love to cook - I had an excellent instructor who taught me everything I know.
I studied European Hospitality in Switzerland, and learned even more about fine, French cuisine. I also took a one day cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu.
I love wine and wine education. I have had the opportunity to visit French vineyards as well as Napa Valley... life is great and I am truly blessed.
