I'm an eager and obsessive student of food. I love light and refreshing to rich and indulgent. I carefully plate food I serve for friends and family, and spend hours in the kitchen every day. I make everything from scratch and support local farmers when possible, and put all of myself into every single dish I cook. When I don't cook, I read cook books and watch the food network. I hope to start my internship in a professional kitchen in April, 2010.
