Hi I'm Tanya, aka The Mini Baker. You see, my boyfriend calls me "mini" because I'm a foot shorter than him, and the "baker" part comes from my love of baking. And I LOVE baking, especially desserts that are quick and easy...because baking shouldn't be hard, it should be simple and delicious! My goal is to find the best of the best...the best chocolate chip cookie recipe, the best chocolate cake recipe, the best apple pie recipe...you get the idea!
