And what I'm going to be sharing with you is really the practice growth formula. And this is going to be the keys for you to be able to grow your practice, not just with any patients, but really the ideal patients that are going to be so much more fun to work with, the easier to build a business around, and that you're going to be able to do the gold standard of medicine with overtime. So they're the ones that you really want to have a relationship with. So I'll send you a couple minute video every few days, that's going to outline this exact framework that you can then apply in your practice. So let's go ahead and get started. The foundation of this is really what's called the irresistible offer. And so of course, in The Godfather, there's going to be his saying, I'm going to make an offer he can't refuse. And in fact, this irresistible offer concept has come up many times in history, as far back, of course, is Ganga Khan, you would go to a city and you'd say, look, either you surrender, and we treat you very well. And we keep you going on to the same framework and taxes that you were previously. Or if you try to fight, if you lose, basically we'll burn the town and enslave all the inhabitants. And there'll be nothing left of your city. So it was this sort of silver bullet offer or irresistible offer. And in this context, you have to think what is the irresistible offer, that if you were to present this to your patients that they would have to take you up on it. And examples of this that have built entire empires is the very famous example of Domino's Pizza. So they came up with this revolutionary offer a hot pizza in 30 minutes or less, or it's free. So basically guaranteed in 30 minutes, or it's free, and nobody else could touch this amazing offer. And that alone, as soon as you hear it, if you're hungry, and you're ready for pizza, that's how you pick up and call because you don't want to wait several hours. So my question to you is what could be your irresistible offer, that when your potential patient hears it, they say, Oh, my gosh, I have to take them up on it. And I have to go in and speak to them. Because once you actually meet them in person in your practice, then you can develop that relationship. And we know the lifetime value of your patient is really tremendous. So the key is to get them through the door to be able to meet them, and then be able to go from there. And I just want to share some of the results of practices that we've been working with that apply this exact same formula. So again, an industry that grows at 5% a year, being able to add this irresistible offer suddenly fills the top portion of the people that are calling into your practice. And again, if the offer is right, it's going to appeal to those ideal patients that you're really, really looking for. So the foundation of the practice growth formula really starts with this irresistible offer that's designed exclusively for new patients. And it must be extremely compelling. So I've seen practice owners that they get the concept and they think of the irresistible offer and then they back off of it to give something kind of lukewarm in between go for the irresistible offer. You can do it for a month or three months, and then you can always back off of it and go back to what you normally are. But I'll guess that once you try it, you'll never go back. So with that, that's our foundation, the irresistible offer.
