Well I am a college student who likes to try and cook. I am currently in the process of trying to figure out if I want to be a lawyer, or do something in the financial world. I live in knoxville, tn right now but am moving back to my hometown of Memphis, TN. I really enjoy cooking, I am not good at it or anything but I like to try my best. I pretty much just follow recipes, and can pull them off. But i can't really throw a meal together my self with different spices and things like that. I would love to go to cooking school, but i am not sure if i could build a career out of cooking. One thing that i really enjoy doing is travelling and trying different areas restraunts. I like to try and eat at a couple fine dining, and then just hit up random restraunts to see what they have that's different. I also enoy good beer. I just got back from Denver Colorado and had a brown ale at a restraunt that won a gold in The American Brew Festival. Which is one of the largest brewery festival and it was pretty much the best brown ale in America right now. It was SO good. If you have some good beer suggestions let me know i am always up to try new things.
