In a word, I am food obsessed. I live, breathe & work in the food industry where a day does not go by where I don't discover a new ingredient, technique or recipe. I am lucky to be able to feed my obsession and get paid for it. I love learning about all types of food & cuisine, trying out new recipes and restaurants. I bake religiously, and have started making cakes for weddings, birthdays, functions etc. My current specialty are french macarons. Experimenting with colours, fillings & ganache - so much fun! Ultimately I would love to have my own bakery - one in Melbourne, one in London & one in New York!
