For me, cooking isn't really a passion, although if I get any more into it, I might have to classify it as such. I love to cook. It's one of my favorite hobbies, and the one I'm able to do the most often. I'm mostly an improvisational cook. I cook off of recipes the first couple times, but after that, I just kind of wing it. Except for baking. I'd like to maybe expand my skills in that particular arena. I like Chinese, Thai, and Italian the best. And then of course, any dessert from anywhere is superlative.
