I am the owner of Lettuce in Love, a wheat and gluten free salad dressing company. I currently am working as a freelance writer for Examiner.com as the Long Island Grocery Examiner and have a food page on facebook called Food Mojo by Chef Steph and Lettuce in Love. I really love to cook at home- I find it to be so calming and relaxing. I love to feed my family and friends and talk about all things food. While I indulge in eating baked goods once in a while, I only truly bake a couple of times a year. I prefer to saute rather than stir, if you know what I mean. I love a good cocktail and hor d'oeuvres. My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, where believe it or not, I like to be invited to. I'll bring whatever, but on that holiday, I like to go!
