I work in EMS and am on the road alot. Trying to get good food is a challenge at times and fast food is something that we consider as a last resort. We try and cook as much as we can that way we know the food is good and healthy(somewhat healthy at times). I enjoy cooking and me and my partner are the usual cooks for the shift I am on. We have come up with some good recipes and have enjoyed some great success. Haven't had any complaints yet, except the eggs cooked in EVOO. Don't try that it doesn't work that well.
