I just finished my three year enlistment in the navy. GO NAVY! I was a cook but found my passion ot be baking. Since i've been out i've done minor some baking and cakes on the side when i'm not watching Good Eats or Ace of Cakes! I'm going to use my enlistment bonus to open a bakery right here in p'cola florida. I've been all around the world and found that p'cola needs some baked goods. My favorite thing to bake is what my mom taught me moravian sugarcake. I am engaged to the most gorgeus woman Rebecca.She doesn't understand my passion toward baking but I still love her!:D I was at one point a Moravian. All of my family is Moravian and I grew up in Winston Salem NC. They moved to San Diego after I went in the Navy. I still visit them all the time and my mom - i know i'm a mama's boy but she bakes up a storm- bakes some good down home stuff for me. I hope to meet someone who shares my passion and who i can bounce bakery ideas off of. I plan to open ti later this year then i will be in business for myself!
