I absolutely love to bake! Some of my specialties include Banana Nut Muffins, cookies, pies, fudge, and chocolate covered cherries. On a side note, I have been trying to perfect the art of candy making, but it is going to be awhile before that will happen as there is so much to learn. I have been fooling around with a few different candies and have come up with some really neat combinations. I am a mother of three children, one son and two daughters, all of which are foodies, meaning the LOVE food. However, none of them have the patience as of yet to learn how to cook or bake. I am hoping that eventually they will take an interest and want to learn how to bake and cook. I was attending college to obtain a degree in Psychology but I dropped out because my kids needed me more and I couldn't be a mommy and a student and work all at the same time. I do regret dropping out, but my kids come first.
