I'm a single mom, artist, musician, and avid foodie! There isn't much in the way of food that I don't like, except for heavily processed foods, and I have gotten the art of cooking for two down to a science. It's just my daughter and I, so preparing quick, nutritious meals has been key to us living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Since we have some food issues in our household, I have created many recipes using wholesome ingredients, most of them without preservatives and a lot of other nasties that our bodies don't like. I have several wonderful gluten-free recipes I'll be sharing, as well as regular flour recipes, and some great, quick meals for two. My daughter is eleven now, and fortunately, not a picky eater, so cooking now is much easier than before. Now I can mill over the stack of recipes I've started, and start to share them.
