cooking going on for 40 years now, still learning the art, enjoy foods from around the world. not the tourist spots either, back roads, little cafe's out of the way, only a few local knows about, off down some lonely road to find a cafe, go in sit down and they bring coffee to you, with out asking, then the waitstaff ask you what you feel like having, (no menu) they just ask,
Am a person who loves food, the ideal of a meal, is the love that goes into it, and you accept this, a chef's life, of cooking is for ever, this is what I love to do.
