I started counting my calories, eating healthy and exercising back in March. I have lost 15 pounds and plan to lose another 40. My husband is awesome cook. You should see his chopping/slicing/dicing skills! We try to eat lots of veggies and fiber. Although we love it, we don't eat red meat very often. We LOVE LOVE LOVE to try new things. Cooking Light is the magazine we couldn't live without - it has awesome recipes! I am always looking for ways to get the most bang for my calorie. I refuse to live in a constant state of hunger. I look forward to trying new recipes from my friends in this new "space."
