I recently returned to school as a graduate student, relocating with little more than a box full of books and my trusty stand mixer. I am an experienced baker with a weakness for cookies. I am also an expert-level sandwich maker, and an avid dip enthusiast. I am currently trying to branch out into preparing actual meals in an attempt to trick people into thinking that I am a mature adult. Apart from cooking, I also love knitting, reading, and writing.
