I am here to put recipes I want to try before I put them in my recipe book/box permanently. If it is a favorite that I actually use a lot I will say so in the recipe. Otherwise I haven't tried it yet. I mostly use basic home cooking. I don't venture into the gourmet very often. Simple, quick and healthy is what I try for. Except for on desserts of course. But healthy desserts are good too :)
