Why I Love This Recipe

Grandma Kerr hand rolled her dough and made the best chicken and dumplins on a weekly basis. This is a cheat recipe that uses can biscuits for ease. We prefer to grill our chicken instead of boil when using in any recipes.

Ingredients You'll Need

Chicken, breast or whole, grilled or boiled
cream of chicken or mushroom soup
chicken stock
can biscuit
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning


Grill or boil whole chicken or breasts.

De-bone and chop/shred chicken.

Saute onions and mushrooms.

Add chicken.

Add can of cream soup and stock.

Cut biscuits into quarters, roll in flour, and drop into pot.

Allow to lightly boil and the biscuits will puff up and float about 5 minutes or so.

You don't want the biscuit dough raw.
