Why I Love This Recipe

Sitting in my recipe file is this really tasty pork chop recipe. I can't recall where I found this as it's been a while and I hadn't noted the source.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. canola oil, or other oil as preferred
6 porks chops, your choice

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs with garlic and onion powders. Place Ritz crumbs in a separate plate.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Dip the pork chops into egg, then into the crumbs, pressing the crumbs in.

Fry chops in hot oil for several minutes per side, or just until golden. Remove them to a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, turning them once.

Serve immediately.
