Ingredients You'll Need
First Layer
1 cup flour
1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
Second Layer
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature softened
1 cup powder sugar
1 1/2 cups cool whip
Third Layer
1 large box chocolate pudding mix, or your desired flavor
Last Layer
1 1/2 cups cool whip
garnish with chopped nuts and/or chocolate shavings
Directions
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Mix first layer ingredients together and press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
Bake at 400* for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
Mix second layer together until creamy.
Spoon on top of crust.
Mix box of pudding according to the package directions.
Spoon on top of the cream cheese layer.
For the final layer spoon the cool whip on top of the pudding layer.
Then garnish with nuts and/ or shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours until ready to serve.
