Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is from my Country Club days (working) so it is large - it makes 112 cookies. But the cookies are really good - cut it in half to try.
Ingredients You'll Need
2C butter
2C brown sugar
2C sugar
4C AP flour
2t baking soda
1t salt
2t baking powder
4 eggs
2t vanilla
5C Oatmeal (blended)
24oz chocolate chips
18oz hersey bar (grated)
2C chopped nuts (whtever you like or have on hand)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Sift your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder).
Cream your sugars and butter. Add in your eggs and vanilla. Add in your sifted dry ingredients. Stir in oatmeal, then chocolate chips then the nuts and finally the grated chocolate.
Scoop and bake for about 10 mins.
