1 pounds Ground beef
1 Egg
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Onion soup mix
2 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
½ cup Swiss cheese; shredded
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into a round or oval loaf. Place in microwave-safe dish, cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 13 minutes, turning dish after 5 minutes, of cooking, drain and cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
