2 week Pancakes

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 qt. buttermilk
2 T. sugar
1 T. soda
4 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
1 pkg. yeast
6 beaten eggs
Directions
In small bowl disslove yeast in a little warm water. Mix all ingredients together, except the eggs.
Add the eggs last and mix throughly.
Cook on a hot griddle.
These can be kept up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. If batter becomes too thick you can add additional buttermilk.
Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit.
