Ingredients You'll Need
Yellow Cake Mix
Small box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
10 oz. & Up
Pineapple Coconut Filling:
Lg Can Crushed pineapple
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 stick butter
3 T. flour
1 can or bag coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
Directions
Mix and pour into 3 greased and floured pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Filling:
Combine all but coconut and cook over medium heat till thick. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Spread on cook cake.
