Ancient Grains Porridge for Health Conscious
Ingredients You'll Need
15g Goji Berry
0.1g cinnamon powder
1 scoop of Onest Whey Protein
350ml Almond Milk
1. With medium heat put the almond milk, honey, Onest whey protein and cinnamon in a sauce pan and stir until the honey completely dissolves in the liquid.
2. Add the Oat, quinoa and chia and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the grains are completely cooked.
3. Serve in a bowl and top with sliced bananas and goji berries
4. If wanted a more sweet porridge can finish with some extra honey.
