Ingredients:
100 gms butter
1 1/2 tbsp golden syrup or brown sugar corn syrup
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c desiccated coconut
3/4 c rolled oats
3/4 c flour
1 tsp bi-carb soda
1 tbsp hot water
Directions
1. Melt butter and syrup together in a large saucepan
2. Cool. Mix sugar, coconut, rolled oats and flour together and stir into saucepan
3. Dissolve soda in water and mix in
4. Use a soup spoon sized mound to press onto the cookie sheet
5. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
