APPLE KUCHEN
Why I Love This Recipe
Got this one from a co-worker. Havent tried it yet, but she says its to die for!
Ingredients You'll Need
CRUST
1 ¼ C. FLOUR
½ tsp SALT
½ C BUTTER
2 TBS MILK
1 tsp baking powder
1 T sugar
1 egg yolk
TOPPING
¾ C SUGAR
1 ½ TBS. FLOUR
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 TBS BUTTER
Make the crust, press into round pizza type pan.
Make the topping, put on the side.
3 large apples, sliced thin, and arranged on crust. Put sugar topping on top of apples and bake.
375 degress for 50 minutes.
